Supreme Ch Copperdobe Pitcha Perfect (AI) ( Imp nz)

2019 Melbourne Royal Bridie challenge bitch & Callum 1st Junior dog

Bridie is sired by my heart dog, Josh, using frozen semen.  Josh passed away in 2013.  I cant believe how lucky I am to have this very special little girl.  Bridie is everything I could hope for in a pup, she is vibrant, smart, lovely confirmation & movement & great personality who loves the world.

December 2018: Bridie won baby in show at her first weekend of showing & the next a baby in group.  Lovely start to her show career.

May 2019: Bridie accumulating 96 points in 2 weekends including a best in group 1st & her next show her title at 9 months & 2 days old.
To say I’m super proud of this little show machine is an understatement. Thank you Josh (Grand Ch Coppertop Perfect Liaison CD TD ET) & Kendall (Copperdobe Vodkartini) for producing my gorgeous girl.

By 12 months of age Bridie had accumulated over 45 class in group awards & 25 class in show awards plus Best in show (2nd) all breeds. Class in show at 3 breed specialties in Adelaide, Qld & Melbourne.

Currently with over 800 points & 4 groups at just 16 months of age, cant wait to see what this little dynamo will achieve in the future.

March 2020 saw the end of shows for sometime due to covid.  Bridie now needs just a few more points & 5 groups for her supreme title.

9 months of no shows due to Covid-19, so as soon as allowed we took a trip to SA for a cluster of shows with Bridie & Callum on board & I’m pleased to announce that Miss Bridie collected enough points for her Grand Champion title.  Winning a Best in group first, Best exhibit in group at 2 shows & a best  of breed on the final morning plus 2 intermediate in show awards.

Very quickly in 2021 Bridie gains her 9th group & onto a Runner Best Exhibit in show with over 1200 entries.  Her Supreme title followed shortly after with Best in Group at Easter.

Bridie is currently #1 dobermann in Australia. (As per DOL pointscore)

7th Best Exhibit in Group award October 2019

Callum aged 10 months

“Callum” is the most sweetest natured boy one could ever hope to meet. He is loved by everyone who meets him.

He began his show career at Easter 2019 & from there has amazed us with his fabulous results. In just 4 months & competing against his stunning half sister Bridie, accumulated over 350 points which included 4 x Best exhibit in group, Runner up Best Exhibit in show & Runner up in Group plus numerous class in group & in show awards & Best in Open Show all breeds at his first show in Qld, where we stayed for the winter months. Up to November 2019 he has massed over 600 points & 8 Best in group awards at just 15 months of age.  I believe the best is yet to come for this amazing young man.  After cancellation of all dog shows in March, Callum needs just 2 more groups & less than 200 points for his supreme title.  We look forward to getting back in the ring to finish off this prestigious title.

After a 10 month lay off December 2020 saw us do a trip to SA & Callum picking up group #9.

Callum gains his final group for his supreme title & then onto win Runner-up Best exhibit in show then backs it up with another group the next day….. So proud of this very handsome & adorable boy!

Callum is currently #2 dobermann in Australia. (As per DOL pointscore).  Sister Bridie is #1. A fabulous litter.

“Kye” is owned and loved by Dianna Argy and Angela Mundy in Canberra, ACT.

A multi-Best in Group and all-breeds Best in Show winner, Kye took out his very first Best in Group win at the tender age of 7 months. He titled easily in 2019 and is now well on the way to his Supreme championship, having won more than the 10 required Best in Groups to qualify.
October 2019 Kye took out Runner Up Best in Group at the prestigious Victorian Women’s Club show, from an entry of more than 260 dogs under Dobermann specialist Mr B Henderson (Ireland).
Kye has been very successful at speciality level too. Winning his class in show at all specialties entered (bar one). He has won an all breeds Best in Show & 2 Best in Show awards at Dogs ACT Utility specialty shows, and a Best in Specialty Show at the Dobermann Club of Victoria’s Open Show in 2018.
In 2019 Kye is the Australian Capital Territory’s #1 show dog all breeds, #1 utility dog and within the top 10 Dobermanns nationally (DOL).
2020 began well for Kye winning Best in Group Canberra Royal & to date accumulating 7 Best in group awards, bringing his total to 20. One very proud moment was Best in Show under renowned dobermann specialist Mrs Denise Smith, Ebondobe Dobermanns (Qld).
A great start to 2021 at his only shows Kye has won: Runner-Up in group Canberra Royal, challenge dog/RUBOB Sydney Royal & Best in Show NSW Dobermann specialty.
Kye gains supreme title with a Best in Group in May 2021.

Eadie’s first show was the DCV specialty winning Minor in show (Nov 2016)

Her first all breeds saw her win reserve bitch & RUBOB from the puppy class & a few weeks later reserve bitch & Puppy in show, qualifying her for the puppy of the year competition.

Eadie gains her points at her first show in junior & only her 3rd show. Challenge & RUBOB & junior in group under dobe specialist Mrs Gwen Ford.

Her champion title came relatively easy with being a consistent BOB winner, many under international judges.

February 2019

‘Preia’ is our gorgeous pocket rocket, loves everything in life and particularly the show ring.  She is very neat & compact, lovely reach & drive & catches the judges eye quite often, which is apparent by her 3 Runner-up in Specialty wins by 18 months of age.

She qualified for puppy of year at her first outing in the puppy class with a puppy in show by an international judge.

Preia has spent time in NZ busy with motherhood duties producing some lovely puppies with several titling already.  Selene, Eadie, George, Nico & Sassy with others on their way to being champions too.  After her first litter she hit the show ring to gain her NZ title including 2 Runner-up in show all breeds & qualifying for Show Dog of the year but was unable to attend.

In 2018, aged 5.5 years, Preia was awarded Runner Up in show at the Sth Island specialty under dobe specialists Mr Steve Yianou. Preia then retired & now lives with Anita in NZ.

RUISS at 6 months of age under dobe specialtist Mr. Doug Jensen (USA)

RUISS at 15 months under dobe specialist Mr Andi Hudono (IND)

“Kendall” is from Preia’s first litter & is a real sweetheart like her mum. Very few shows under he belt but on the odd occasion she makes an appearance she manages to do quite nicely.

Kendall produced her first litter in August 2018.  Our first dual sired frozen semen litter using my heart dog “Josh”, BISS/RUISS Grand Ch Coppertop Perfect Liason CD TD ET & his son “Saxon” Multi BISS Ch Coppertop Rayz A Rumour.  A decision that has proved to be an absolute success producing the evervesent “Bridie”, the Josh daughter, & the very handsome “Callum”, the Saxon son.  These 2 have exceeded my expectations both in conformation & temperament, a dream come true as a breeder.  See more about these 2 kids on their own pages.

Spring Fair in Sydney were her first shows back after a long break where she managed Opposite Intermediate in Show at the DCNSW specialty.

DCV 2019 Open show Kendall was awarded Runner-Up Best Exbibit in Show.

Kendall will be mated to Kye on her next season, later in 2020, can’t wait to see what this pair will produce.

Levi is the most adorable affectionate dog anyone could hope to own.
From the day he arrived from New Zealand he decided he was mine & attached himself to me immediately.

Levi won puppy in show at the DCV dobe show in November 2013, qualifying for puppy of the year, although we didn’t attend due to being OS at the time. He has since accumulated points toward his champion title & numerous junior in group awards from just a few outings.

Levi was awarded Reserve challenge dog at the Sth Aust Dobemann specialty June 2014 under Dr. Andy Hudono (Ind)

September 2014 (18 mths old) saw Levi take best of breed & Open in Show at the Utility Club show in Perth judged by dobermann specialist Mrs Christina Gatti (Brz), Weissworlf Dobermanns. Also winning RUISS at the Dobe Open show & placing 2nd in open dog at the champ show from a very strong dog line up.

Late in 2015 Levi moved to Canberra to be campaigned & owned by Dianna Argy. He accumulated many groups & a BIS Utility & numerous class in group/show awards to bring up his tally needed to become a supreme champion. A huge congrats to Dianna & Levi for gaining such a coveted title.

Baccara was born in Brazil & spent sometime in USA before arriving into Australia in June 2021 aged 15 months. He has a very sweet nature & loves all our dogs & our grandchildren.

Baccara has a great pedigree with many beautiful dogs for several generations which will bring some much needed new bloodlines into the breed. He will sire a litter later this year.

He has been health tested & results available on request. Available at stud to approved bitches.

Baccara will sire a litter later this year.

“George” is owned by myself, (Helen) & Frank Prainess from Clarendon, SA. After a lengthy hiatus from dog shows I dared to take the plunge back into show ring. I might also add that I vowed to never have another male & definitely not a RED!! Fast forward 15 years & I am the now the proud owner of a red male!! This man is not like any other that I have owned. I might add that I have owned & had this breed in my life for 45 years. George has a personality to die for & has looks to match.

George isn’t shown very often as his owner (me) doesn’t like the heat or the cold.

At the tender age of 8.5 months he was awarded DCC & RUBOB at the prestigious Winter International Show under Mr Daniel Ceres Rubio (Brazil).  George has also been awarded excellent at several CAICIB shows.

Most recently George attended the 2019 Royal Adelaide Show, with an entry of over 1800 dogs he was awarded BIG3rd in Group 6 under Mr Michael Leonard (IRE). Needless to say I’m very proud of this young man!

‘Zak’ has an amazing temperament, a very happy outgoing nature.  Due to covid 19 he has not been able to hit the show ring as yet but I’m sure when the time comes he will make his presence known.
