“George” is owned by myself, (Helen) & Frank Prainess from Clarendon, SA. After a lengthy hiatus from dog shows I dared to take the plunge back into show ring. I might also add that I vowed to never have another male & definitely not a RED!! Fast forward 15 years & I am the now the proud owner of a red male!! This man is not like any other that I have owned. I might add that I have owned & had this breed in my life for 45 years. George has a personality to die for & has looks to match.
George isn’t shown very often as his owner (me) doesn’t like the heat or the cold.
At the tender age of 8.5 months he was awarded DCC & RUBOB at the prestigious Winter International Show under Mr Daniel Ceres Rubio (Brazil). George has also been awarded excellent at several CAICIB shows.
Most recently George attended the 2019 Royal Adelaide Show, with an entry of over 1800 dogs he was awarded BIG3rd in Group 6 under Mr Michael Leonard (IRE). Needless to say I’m very proud of this young man!

Very strong male with a very elegant outline. Deep chest, good length of back. Strong neck. Excellent topline. Great body. Balanced head. Muzzle of correct width & length. Great drive behind & tight elbows. Excellent breed type.

Striking brown & rust maturing well, clean-cut outline showing excellent overall balance and no exaggeration. Quality head, well contoured with excellent planes and intelligent expression. Elegant reachy neck, correct amount of forechest (with no suggestion of extreme keel), optimum angulation of fore and hindquarters, firm gently sloping topline with correct underline. Moves freely with scope and style holding a firm backline.
